Create a quiz

https://api.dwrrah.com/v1/quizzes

Write — creates a quiz anchored to EXACTLY ONE of: a course (course_id [+module_id/lesson_id]), a live session (session_id), or a program meeting/class (session_meeting_id). session/meeting quizzes must not pass course_id. Requires the quizzes.write scope.
